Agreement

You agree to the following rules/agreements when using Amir Games' services and all of its products, including but not limited to Amir Games' website, Planet Of Dreams and Planet Of Luck.

Please read carefully the following statements.

1. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
2. You must use a valid and active email account in the account registration.
3. You acknowledge that your account will gets banned or permanently terminated if you use fake email in account registration.
4. You agree to receive email notifications from us whenever we have something to share with you including but not limited to new versions and events announcements, inquiries about your account and replies to your questions.
5. You agree and acknowledge that your account will gets banned without any prior notice if you report us as spam or if we receive bounces from sent mails to your registered email address, we hate spam and we never send spam emails, we only contact you upon your acceptance and when there is something that you should know about the development of our games, website and services.
6. You can contact us at anytime to request the change of your registered email if you are no longer using the registered one.
7. You agree and acknowledge that your account will gets banned without any prior notice when you unsubscribe of our newsletter we send to you, we take this action as a confirmation from you that you don't want your account anymore and we act accordingly.
8. Our games are under continuous development, never deal with them as finished fully functional games, you acknowledge that they might have some bugs.
9. You agree that you won't exploit any aspect of our games or intentionally use any bugs you find.
10. You agree and acknowledge that your account will gets terminated instantly without any prior notice if you try to cheat, exploit or repeatedly reproduce bugs.
11. You agree and acknowledge that your account will gets terminated instantly without any prior notice if you use or try to use any kind of third party programs to stay connected to our games for any reason, these programs including but not limited to autoclickers, macros or bots.
12. You agree and acknowledge that your account will gets terminated instantly without any prior notice if you try to apply any tricks you know even if for testing purposes, your account will gets terminated no matter if the tricks worked or not.
13. To keep your account safe from termination when you encounter same bug many times, you need to contact us as fast as you can explaining your situation and avoid reproducing this same bug again.
14. We have zero tolerance against cheating.
15. You can deposit to your account through different payment methods shown in your member area, the amount you deposit reflects in your Main balance on the website, you can transfer your Main balance to any of our games as needed through your member area on the website.
16. The exchange rate for Crypto currencies against USD for deposits/withdrawals are determined by the time we process them, not by the time of your deposits/withdrawals, an approximate exchange rate will be displayed to you while depositing/withdrawing, but the actual exchange rate might differ by the time we process them due to the volatility of Crypto currencies.
17. You need to transfer the PODC/Coins you have on our games back to your Main balance in order to request a withdrawal, you can do that through your member area on the website.
18. We try to process withdrawal requests mostly in 48 hours, but it can take up to 90 days to process your withdrawal request depending on the withdraw method you choose since we accept different payment methods and it takes time to transfer fund from one to another, withdrawing to a different payment method than the one you have used to deposit might require more time to process your withdrawal.
19. You agree and acknowledge that your account will gets terminated permanently without any prior notice if you request a refund, file a dispute against us or any charge back to the payments you made, You can always withdraw your balance from your account at anytime by visiting the "Withdraw" page inside your member area providing you have the allowed minimum balance for withdrawals (Fees may apply).
20. There is no minimum amount to withdraw your balance, but we are restricted to the minimum allowed by each payment method.
21. You agree and acknowledge that we have the rights to publicly share your successful withdrawals in any way we see fit as a prove for our transparency, we never share personal information, we will only share the amount you have withdrawn and your character name or your ID that you received from us upon your registration.
22. You agree and acknowledge that you don't have any rights to request a withdrawal of your balance if your account gets banned or terminated due to the violation of this agreement.
23. We never Sell/Buy Crypto currencies with PayPal.
24. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.
25. Keep in mind that many changes might apply to the games periodically and you agree to that principal before making any deposit.
26. The prices of items and other stats of our games might receive some adjustments through the development, keep that in mind before making any deposit and before buying anything from a NPC or another player, that item price might decrease or increase depends on its drop rate or supply and demand between players in the future, it is a free market, you agree and acknowledge that you don't have any rights to ask for compensation for the price or stats difference, we are not responsible for your purchase decisions.
27. Don't expect any refund for the balance that you have already spent under any circumstances.
28. You agree and acknowledge that items drop rate might get adjusted in later versions, You agree and acknowledge that if you buy something from NPC or another player with a high price now due to its drop rarity, it might drop more often in later version and its price might change.
29. You agree and acknowledge that loot distribution is dynamic and subject to change at any time with or without a notice.
30. Never ever make a deposit if you don't agree with any of this agreement rules.
31. Never make a deposit if you can't accept to lose it by any means through your gaming experience.
32. Never buy anything inside the game that you feel its price is too much.
33. Never buy anything inside the game unless you are totally aware that its price might drop insanely later.
34. Never make a deposit or spend your current balance in anything unless you are totally aware of how real cash economy works and how items prices get affected by game economy and supply and demand.
35. We may offer some investment opportunities to our users from time to time by letting them own parts/features of our games and have a share of the possible revenue of these parts/features; we have all the rights to decline/ban/prevent any user from taking part in these opportunities without giving any reason.
